What does our Healthy Dragon Guarantee mean exactly?

•  Your dragon will arrive to you healthy. 10 days after the dragon arrives at its destination, the guarantee will expire.

  • We will offer a refund if the animal is returned, as long as the animal is strong enough for shipping.

• We have photographic proof with unique markings for each dragon we sell. This is used to prevent fraudulent claims.

• If abuse of the animal is suspected, the guarantee is void and a refund will not be granted. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Physical abuse

  • Starvation and/or malnourishment

  • Injury caused by another animal

We do ask that if you have any health concerns with your dragon you contact us immediately. Each of the babies we sell were taken very good care of by our family and we would love to assist you with continuing that kind of care.

If a claim is filed, it will be examined on a case by case basis and the final decision is at the discretion of Bearded Dragons 4 Life.
